I was talking with a friend recently about jobs and we somehow got on the topic of suggestion boxes. It came up after stating only those who were outspoken were able to convince their boss/manager to make changes in the workplace. Often there are employees who would like to have something changed or added, but they are too shy to speak up. A suggestion box is a great way to let employees make suggestions anonymously. Does your workplace have a suggestion box?
