Savings Saturday-More Mystery Shopping

I did a recent post about mystery shopping.  Not only is this a good extra income producer, but it is a great way to save money in more ways than one.  For privacy agreement reasons, I have to be careful what I publicize.  However, here is one example of the many ways I save by performing mystery shops. I had to ship a package today via a popular shipping method. I needed to ship this item anyway. So, once reimbursed, I have shipped my item for free because I did it for a shop and I made $12.50 cash as well. A win-win situation!

There are tons of legitimate companies. Many shops don’t require any purchase upfront (although this shipping one did, I will be reimbursed and paid within 30 days). One of my favorite companies is Bestmark. They pay quickly (within two weeks). The only downside is they still pay with paper checks (Although I have never had any issues with receiving checks). Their forms are pretty easy to fill out as well.  If you want to give them a try and would be so kind to use me as a referral (certainly not required, but appreciated), my shopper ID is NH2490. As I said before, mystery shopping won’t make you rich, but it is a great second (or third) income.

I could definitely use a little extra cash. I’ll have to check them out. Thanks!

  2. I have done a little mystery shopping before. It is kinda hard with young children, though. I am signed up with Best Mark but have not yet done a shop for them. One thing I don’t care for is I think they don’t tell you exactly what store you’re doing until you sign up for the job. I have done shops for Jancyn and Corporate Research. They take a little longer to pay, but they’re legit.

  3. Looks like a great source of extra income for SAHMs. Thanks for sharing!
