I recently received a package containing several McCormick Seasonings to try out for a party through Crowdtap. We invited 16 people but there ended up only being six of us. Truth be told, most of the invites knew they were coming to a bigger party in a few weeks when my sister in law visits from out of state. We held this small barbecue now in order to complete the review for the deadline for Crowdtap. This was fine because it gave us a preview for the bigger party where we intend to try the rest of the seasonings.

We used the Montreal Steak Seasoning and the Brown Sugar Bourbon BBQ Sauce for yesterday’s party. They were a hit and we can’t wait to try the rest on Columbus Day weekend. We all love the Montreal on our burgers and my the Brown Sugar Bourbon was great on the chicken. I can’t wait to include ribs at the next party and use the rest of the stuff! I love McCormick and have never been disappointed in their products. My hubby did open the Molasses Bacon and just put a taste of it on his finger (we didn’t use it on the food). He didn’t care for that, but I would rather try it again on food before giving it a yay or nay.

I plan to give another update on McCormick and share info on our bigger party in a few weeks. I can’t wait to try the rest of the stuff and enjoy the large gathering. We did have fun discussing possible recipes for the upcoming shin dig. The booklet that was included has some yummy sounding recipes! I am hungry just thinking about it!
