Bookworm Wednesday-The Five Secrets To Human Behavior Review

I recently read Understanding Other People:The Five Secrets to Human Behavior by Beverly Flaxington after recently reviewing one of her other works, 30 Days to Understanding Other People. At 90 pages, it is a quick read. I found it interesting and helpful. Without giving away too much, I will say one of my favorite areas in the book is when Ms. Flaxington suggests we can’t change others. She makes an excellent point stating, “Only when I am secure in my own being can I welcome you in and let you be who you are.”

The five secrets would appear to be common sense, but the author has an excellent approach in enlightening her audience to do some critical thinking when it comes to human behavior(s). I would recommend reading this book on both the personal and professional levels.
